The cleaning ladies, Alicia & Eve , were here again and did another fine job! I'm always appreciative of how they try to take care of things for me when I pointed out. They go the extra mile make me happy and keep me happy! I'd recommend them to everyone wanting a good job at a fair price! Nick's done a fine job putting this team together.

Since this guy likes to respond to reviews… On May 22nd Nick came out to give me an estimate. I was scheduled 2 weeks out on June 5th for the initial “deep clean.” I was not given a time option. I gave them a contact number should they need anything as I was out of town—they were calling me at 9am anyway for an issue with the building which I could not solve as I was 500 miles away and communicated that prior. The $300 “deep clean” does not include appliances or the bathroom, apparently. I sort of understand the appliances thing, but the fact of the matter is whoever was here cleaning did not touch my bathtub or bathroom sink. The workers cleaned as a team and divided and conquered. . They did a wonderful job with the general cleaning and the area that was in rotation was given the extra attention as promised.

We've been using The Cleaning Authority for several months now- they always do a thorough job and are so kind and easy to work with. I love having the house cleaned- it is such a big help and so nice to have done! 100% recommend.
