The Deck and Fence Company did a great job on our screened in porch and deck. We had a preexisting deck that was degrading and needed to be replaced. Chris was very thorough with us in deciding the footprint of the deck and explaining what options were available to us.The crew that came out was fantastic. The demo only took a day! The building crew worked from dawn until dusk (and beyond at times). They always cleaned up at the end of the day. Very courteous and hardworking. We decided on adding skylights at the last minute and they accommodated us even though we originally had not included them in the build. Brad was so great to work with from start to finish! At the beginning of our patio project, he made a home visit to take a look at the space and review with us our options before we signed our contract to get started. Everything luckily fell in line with when materials got delivered to when the crew showed up and knocked out our beautiful patio all in a day - AND re-routed/installed an underground drain for our downspout. We would surely recommend this company to anyone we know and plan to use them in the future when we have our deck re-done.

Had a great experience with Joe from start to finish. Joe was a patient and thorough representative of MD D&F and we were lucky enough to work with him while designing both both a deck and fence. They demo'd the old deck and got the new one built in good time. Everything looks great and we will use them again for a patio underneath the deck. Only gripes were the materials left behind (hardware, shavings, etc. left in the grass) and a few sloppy nails/screws that'll need to be fixed. Thanks again Joe, Ben, and Belter for your great work!
