We only needed movers to move our furniture into our house as we had already moved. They were friendly, however if we didnt help them move our heavy objects there's no way they would've been able to. I dont blame them directly, when I called to book the service I warned 3 people and dollys would be needed as our furniture is very heavy with granite on top. However, only 2 young men arrived without any tools. We paid about 300 (plus tips after, not included)f or them to move our bedroom furniture in which we ended up assisting them with so they could move everything- making it a bit pricey for the service considering we still ended up doing half the labor. *The one pro was how quickly they were available for the move. I scheduled online November 12. My money was accepted. The emails then sent to me stated that I would be contacted within 24 hours. I was not contacted but waited as I had time. Weeks passed. After Thanksgiving and still nothing, so I reached out to them. First by phone I left a message. Days passed without a reply. I sent a text and email. Still no responses. I don’t like giving any company a bad review, but I had a terrible experience. The company’s response to the damages they caused only made it worse—they actually accused me, their customer, of creating the holes myself. So apparently, I carried the couch up the stairs alone? Insane. Please read this before considering them for your next move. That statement is completely false. Why would I fabricate a claim when I left a great review for Texan Tuff—who handled the exact same issue with the same couch and had no problem at all? It should not take 45 minutes to move one couch up a single flight of stairs. I never touched the couch during that process—nor would I, since that’s exactly what I was paying your movers to do. These guys were absolutely fantastic. We moved locally and needed help getting everything done on time. The guys showed up at 10am on the dot as scheduled and got right to work, rain and all! The house was a bit chaotic because we weren't able to have everything as organized as we had hoped to make it easier on them, but it didn't slow them down a bit and, although we had to make 2 trips to get everything, were done in around 6 hours. They were also very careful with our belongings so nothing was damaged. Would absolutely recommend!
