The Floor Store

The Floor Store completely transformed our basement area and basement stairs. The products were very high quality and the vinyl flooring and carpeting install crews showed up exactly when they said they would and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Fred, the owner, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful during our initial consultation and throughout the entire process. Highly recommend them and will use them again for future flooring needs.

Having had a good experience with a business is a good reason to return to that business. We purchased laminate flooring a few years ago from the Floor Store and were very happy with the installation. So, we went back to the Floor Store for stairway carpeting knowing that not only the selection of carpets would be expansive but that the installers would do a professional job. So glad we did because our stairs look fabulous. The owner and staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend them.

I don’t like doing this, but I think people should be aware before shopping there. I purchased a carpet for my bedroom. Fred assured us that was good quality and would not show footprints and hold up very well. Not true! The carpet is one year old and it looks awful. I had a claim with the manufacture a year ago. They declined then. The floor store is showing no responsibility. Very poor customer service . No response from them.

Great store. Staff was excellent, took the time to explain flooring and choose what was best for my use and budget. Installation was done by a truly professional staff that did an excellent job. I was going to go to home depot, but glade I stopped in and made the right choice. Besides the quality of the product being better for a better price. The installation which is just as important was correctly done. Highly recommend this store.

Wide variety of different types of flooring. If you are not sure which type of floor covering you want, you can get a quick education here on what is available. But if you know exactly what you want to cover your floor, their selection of each category of flooring is not very wide. Staff can't be expert at all they sell either. Not the best place to spend a lot of money.
