Our first time dealing with the Flooring Center and every aspect of it was a 5! From Michelle who showed us carpeting to Dave who came and took the measurements, friendly, professional and we feel we got a great deal! Our installers Jake and Adam were very friendly and cordial. The install went super and our new carpet looks and feels fantastic. We definitely will be back because we have some other flooring needs we want to do. Can’t go wrong! Great Team! Thank You!

So I got some baseboard 6 inch vinyl 100ft rolls that run right around 200$ a roll we ended up having a roll too many so we went to return it the computers were down they couldn't do it. They said they'd call when they were up and running. Never got a call, went down to return it the second time and he sat and opened the factory taped box and told us we took some off. Guys an idiot he just opened the factory tape lol. Anyway he said we'll you have to pay to ship it back and theres a 35 percent restocking fee I get the restocking fee but the shipping fee not so much he came back with a paper with 70$ on it and said here's your return..... they're math is wrong told him about it and gave me an extra 20 so 90$ for something I paid 200 for. Our floors are absolutely beautiful! And for a better price we were able to do more then we expected. Everything is perfect smooth and so beautiful! We are so happy with them! Project isn't finished so we will be back!!

We purchased some engineered hardwood. Michelle was very friendly, helpful and fun to work with. Rich who installed was excellent. Very professional and a true craftsman which you don't see all the time anymore. He made certain his work was done right. We would highly recommend this company to anyone and will certainly go back if we ever have the need to.
