I had such a great experience with The Flooring Factory! Martin was absolutely fantastic — so kind, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. He made picking out laminate flooring so easy and stress-free. I never felt overwhelmed by too many options; instead, everything they offered felt thoughtfully curated and high-quality. It really felt like they vet their products carefully, and I left feeling confident I was getting something beautiful and durable. Everyone I interacted with was so nice and just lovely to work with. Highly recommend!

We have lived in the Santa Clarita Valley for over 30 years. To be honest, we didn't even know this place existed and it's probably 7 minutes from our home. Andrew and Martin were awesome to work with. Huge selection in their showroom. If you are in the market for flooring, you will definitely want to check this place out! We recently moved into a new home and wanted to modernize it with new floors and paint. The guys at the Flooring Factory were amazing! Super helpful, very informative, and made sure we got exactly what we were looking for. We wanted luxury laminate that was comfortable, long lasting (kid & pet proof), and looked natural. We ended up going with Wilson & Morgan Plata Oak, and wow! Looks amazing, quality core, and has a built in underlayment which adds to the comfort and also makes it quite compared to the flooring it replaced both upstairs and downstairs. It also has very nice patterns and texture. We also purchased tall moldings, risers for our staircases, bathroom tiles and more. Better quality than what we found at big box stores and at very competitive prices. Highly recommend them!!!

I am very pleased by the quick response and delivery. The floors look absolutely amazing. Transport was quick and very minimal damage to some of the planks. Probably only 5 from transport. The transaction was a breeze. Will definitely recommend them to anyone. Floors are Denton XL from McMillan Floors.

This is my second purchase from The Flooring Factory, and once again, the experience has been fantastic. I’ve been working with Martin Castellano for the last year as part of our home remodel, and he’s been nothing short of amazing. We first installed the Serna XL flooring in the basement during the first phase of our renovation, and we absolutely love them — the quality, color, and finish are beautiful and durable.
