Exercise caution when dealing with this company. Clifton, who falsely claims to be the owner, markets himself on Facebook Marketplace. I made the error of purchasing tiles from this company. The tiles I received were of poor quality, with uneven cuts and inaccurate colors. Clifton informed me that the company had received defective tiles from the manufacturer and was supposed to discard them. Somehow, I ended up with these tiles. I transported 13,000 pounds of tiles into my home only to have to return them. To add insult to injury, the company refused to refund me $600, demonstrating their unprofessional conduct.

I've shopped here twice for rugs. Alecia and Nick were awesome. Nick helped me find the same material I purchased last year. He found a few remaining pieces in stock that needed to complete project. Alicia helped me in the showroom with matching other material I needed. Owner and staff are all pleasant to work with. Great pricing, too.
