Buyer Beware! Stay Away! Bait and Switch! Failed to note wind rating on invoice and shame on me as well for not addressing it immediately I assumed I was a dealing a reputable business owner in Palm Beach County. The business installed the manufacturer I requested DAB Hurricane Masters but a significantly lesser wind rated product “+36-44 PSF” at the price of the DAB highest wind rated garage door “+56 -64 PSF”. I provided the business owner the photo of what I expected and what he installed is clearly not the same. He then tried to convince me it was the same or with a very small wind rating difference which is not accurate as per the manufacturer. I am a man of word I paid him in full but told him I would not be a happy customer. As what was installed was not what I told him on the phon

Do not hire this company. Extremely unprofessional, they demand to be paid in full before work is complete and now have left a commercial job unfinished for months and refuse to return calls or messages to finish the work. Nightmare to work with.

Unfortunately, this gentleman put in a garage door opener at my sister's home almost a year ago. He did not complete the work. And it was a simple light bulb that he was supposed to add 2. The package. He has postponed and has been extremely rude every time he is called her. I've decided to share her experiencewith him on the phone so you can hear the type of person that the owner of this company is. She paid a 100% of the money. She only wanted a hundred percent of the work to be done no matter how small the work was. It is principal , and as you will hearhe has been extremely rude in every single encounter on the telep.
