The GomeX Locksmith Solution

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this was one of the worst service experiences I’ve had. I called Chris at Gomex Locksmith and he came out to unlock my car. He was unsuccessful at getting it unlocked so he said he could order and cut me a new key. The kicker is he wants to be paid upfront by cash app. DO NOT Pay this guy. After he gets the money he will just start ignoring you! I paid Gomex Locksmith $240 for a replacement key and was told they would come out Tuesday 2/3/26. He was at my house 1/31 That turned into Friday. Then I was told the key had to be ordered from the factory and would arrive Saturday. Saturday came and went with no key, no service, and no follow-up. Every time I would call he would not answer and text hours or days later coming up with an excuse. After that, co

Christian programmed 2 chip key fobs from scratch (no fob to copy...it had been lost). The service was very quick, he was punctual, friendly, very communicative. Very affordable, especially when compared to quotes from a couple of local dealerships. Should the need arise, I will definitely choose GomeX again!

Christian was great! I called Gomex after I was given an outrageous price to reprogram two key fobs. He was open and transparent and essentially told me that I was being overcharged by the other company. He came out and reprogramed two key fobs for less than half the price I was originally quoted. He was very respectful, customer focused and had excellent customer service. Thank you! 10/10 recommend!

They came out at 11pm and helped our business so we could lock our door. He was friendly and professional. Will definitely be calling for future needs.

Chris was great! I contacted him about opening a small safe. He showed up when he said he'd be there and got the job done quickly being very mindful not to make a mess with the metal shavings. Would definitely recommend for anyone's lock needs.
