Get better drivers. On freetown road in raymond today, one of your incompetent employees decided to honk at me for not turning left when I could only see what was coming on one side. Had I turned, I would’ve crashed. Unprofessional behavior

I know nothing about plumbing. The staff there went above and beyond being helpful and informative to this lay person. Friendly and calm in my moment of panic. What more could you want from a business? Thank you Granite Group you really helped me out.

I stopped in looking for a part. The person at the counter (I wish I got his name) was very helpful explaining the parts that I needed, opening various parts to show me how they went together and what would be necessary for me to make the project work. I will be back to thank him.

Driver in a pick up truck on this date in Exeter New Hampshire, followed and threatened me driving for no reason. Control your drivers and don't hire people that are going to threaten innocent civilians on the road.
