As an owner of a HVAC company and six years in business let me say this place has gone down hill in service in many areas …. The employees are barely trained on product , pricing is through the roof , customer service doesn’t go beyond taking your order if you’re lucky. We placed an order a week ago today and still haven’t gotten less than 200 dollars of product …. Worst part when we called no apology from the staff and our products not being delivered caused our customers to feel the effect … highly recommend that business is done anywhere but the granite group

It never occurred to me I could rate the beyond helpful guys at the Granite Group on Jefferson. I can't tell you how many times Doug, Bill, and Scott have helped me out with plumbing projects, from selecting parts, ordering supplies and lending their expert advice and practical knowledge without hesitation. Besides, they are real nice to work with and talk to. Been this way for years. This should be your first stop.

Stopped here last winter to buy pipe insulation for my home's steam heating system. I'd looked into a few different suppliers and found that many of them had reputations for only serving contractors, but Granite Group is happy to work with anyone who comes in. The staff was very helpful in making recommendations, offered a discount when they found out that I needed a large quantity, and had no objections when it turned out that I'd purchased a few too many pieces and needed to return them. Only quibble is the lack of weekend hours, so plan to go early in the morning or on a lunch break.

Had the valve I needed; knew right where to look. In & out quickly and for $50 less than the plumber who advised me said to expect. That's all win!
