had a client commission some ctr tops for her kitchen. came in to do the backsplash and I pointed out a slough of issues. to start with the breakfast bar was not correct overhang(off by 2"). Secondly, the over hang varried from 2.125" to 1.375". also, silicon smeared all over the self edge on the sink so it darkenedvwhere that was. lastly, if you set an 8ft level across the range hole there was .375" difference. I wouldnt have even bothered with a review if the man in charge who came by to do a walk through didn't keep throwing "industry standard deviation" around and blaming the cabinets even though the cabinets were fine. he was also pretty rude to me about it. if I wasnt there he would have walked all over the client. you guys have a cnc and a laser templater too so there is no excuse f

The countertops are beautiful. Other than that, there were issues. There was a one inch gap between the countertops and the cupboards beneath them. The crew took away items needed for securing the garbage disposal and dishwasher in place. When we called to complain, it was explained to us that if the base for the countertops was not level, there could be gaps due to the necessary addition of shims in order to keep the new countertops from cracking. However, when measurements were taken at the first appointment, this was not explained. It was also not explained at the installation appointment.
