Disappointing experience at this location. The cashier told me I was basically wasting money by buying mulch now because the 5-for-$10 sale starts next week. I’m aware sales come and go, but it’s not appropriate to make customers feel like they’re making a bad decision for shopping when they need to complete a project. Also, the employee who helped load the mulch was wearing pants that did not properly fit, to the point where he was exposed. This was unprofessional and not something customers should have to experience. Customer service and professionalism both need improvement.

Home Depot, including installation services. Unfortunately, the delivery and installation team not only failed to install the appliances but also caused significant damage to my home. They: •Damaged my existing microwave and stripped the bolts when attempting to reinstall it. •Left the gas shut off and failed to plug in my new oven properly. •Were ultimately unable to install any of the appliances I had paid for, leading me to reject the order. When I questioned them about the damage to my microwave, they became defensive and escalated the situation—going so far as to threaten the safety of myself, my wife, and our infant son. This experience was beyond unacceptable. Home Depot’s decision to send unqualified personnel resulted in damage to my property and put my family’s safety at risk.

Not only have they broken registers at self checkout, they also yank your bank card from your hand when the register is not working and you are trying to pay. When asked to give the card back, twist and turn it in their hands and yell at the same time that I was putting the card into the register. What else was I supposed to do? They continue to entertain this situation in front of everybody around giggling. What a wonderful experience!

We were helped by Bob in the Appliances department on two separate occasions. He was patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of our questions. While waiting on our delivery, we changed our minds about the appliances we ordered, and Bob made the return and reordering process smooth and stress-free. He also gave us a clear rundown of the delivery process so we knew exactly what to expect. Bob was truly exceptional, and we really appreciated his help.

This store used to be excellent. Always got help and always has folks that knew what they were doing. Now, they don't do anything to help. I was just walking thru to get some filters for my HVAC. I knew what I needed and didn't need any help. I did walk past a person that asked for help and the person workik said "I'm busy doing something I don't have time to help you" the person asking for help was nice and said they understood but then walked back and forth not knowing where to go or what to do. I then went to pay for my filters and now you have to check yourself out and the person who is supposed to be there to help is over by customer service talking to 5 other people who work there that is standing around doing nothing.
