The Home Depot

Normally it would be at least a 3 star or more. However, after a 45 minute fiasco in the pick department that turned out to be resolved, I was sent to the drive through to retrieve a vanity. Of course it was a two man job and I was under the impression that someone would help me. The two guys and the lady at the front were more the useless. I'm not even shore why they were there. After asking for help one of the male employees told me the vanity was around the corner in the cage ( like I would know where the cage was) I waited about 15 more minutes . After getting tired of waiting, I searched the place for my vanity. I found it and slid it to my truck. Once again waited for one of the employees to help but to no avail. The other customers who were ready to leave and getting very impatient

I suppose that I have been in my fair share of Home Depots, and this is a good one! Every Home Depot has polite and helpful people inside that ask if you need assistance, but at this one they really, really mean it. Extra helpful people. Clean and well organized store. Always good prices.

Rude delivery people... you could say we deliver we don't set up instead of telling someone look here this what what I'm going to do I'm going to leave this here and you can figure it out... you work because we buy things so remember customer service is key. My job depends on how I treat people if they want to come back or not so I'm nice and courteous because I like getting my hours so I can pay my bills. Life's too short to not be happy find a new job if your that unhappy!

Great store. Has all the things I need. It's clean and well organized. The staff was super friendly. Several employees checked on us to see if we needed any help finding anything.

Thanks Brady!! An excellent Home Depot employee that took the initiative to come outside and help us load our truck tonight. Noone asked for his help. Brady just politely came and offered to assist. These are the kind of employees every store needs.
