The Home Depot

I had the best experience today at the Aiken Home Depot, the cashier in the garden was absolutely amazing she did everything in her power to try to help me find ferns (they were sold out) and pine straw that was pre wrapped. She had a smile and was extremely kind through the entire process, I asked if there was anyway I could shout her out and she said by the email survey, however all I was emailed was a copy of my receipt and no survey so I decided to do one here. She was honestly the first cashier that was nice and helpful to me so I needed to shout her out! THANK YOU Kaely!!!

New to the Aiken area and renovating my new house, I've been to this location three times so far and I've had the absolute best service yet! The first two times I went in, I saw the same young cashier who was incredibly kind and very helpful. She called two workers both times immediately for me - one was Jason in plumbing and he helped me so much he. He knew everything about thier products and where to find them he was a very knowledgeable man! The second was a young man in hardware unfortunately I didnt get his name however he was a blessing he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable too. The last time I came in was today (1/7/26) and I had the same cashier I finally asked for her name and she said it was kiely (hopefully that is spelt correct) she had been extremely kind and patient ever

Date is 12/28/2025, I went to Home Depot at around 6pm on the above date due to My water heater finally went out! I arrived and was directed where to go to get what I needed! The associate "Jason" greeted Me in the aisle and was VERY friendly and Helpful with getting everything I needed to get My new water heater and even explained the differences in the water heaters! I felt that Jason was Very knowledgeable and made the whole experience very pleasant and enjoyable! I then proceeded to check out and the cashier "Gabby" made the checkout as painless as possible and even gave Me the paperwork for My extended warranty program and even explained how to do it! I want to say Thankyou so Very much for Jason and Gabby at Home Depot! I returned today and spoke with the manager Sharlonda and Praise

Home Depot is well organized and meets my needs anytime I'm there. I tend to shop at Lowe's more often, but that's probably because it's closer to home. I find them pretty equal in prices and selections. My wife, the Crazy Plant Lady, can immerse herself in the Garden Center for what seems like hours (days?)... In addition to the many outdoor plant selections she especially likes their indoor succulent choices. And Home Depot gives a discount for veterans.

On 11/21/25 I went through the checkout line with what I thought was less than $300 worth of wood for (2) 3-step steps for my front and side door to my tiny house. NATALIA rung me up & my total came to $930.75. Very concerned I said this doesnt sound right. Meanwhile I had to split the difference between (2) cards because it was WAY OVER my budget, but nevertheless something that I needed. It took me SEVERAL minutes to move money over giving Natalia time to make sure the total was right. I paid. Once the receipt printed out she IMMEDIATELY realized that she had charged me for 166 pieces of 2x2 when I only had 16!!!!!! She immediately went to another desk to refund $677.83 & now I’m out all that money for the next 7-10days during the holiday FOR NO REASON. I absolutely hate it here. I told
