We got a new oven a few days ago and I regrettably forgot to take all my cookie sheets and bakeware out of the bottom of the old one before it was hauled off. I called and spoke with Corey (so helpful, thank you!) and Rhoda (also so fantastic, I'm so grateful!) and they both assisted in getting a message to the manager of the shipping center. They sent my pans back to me today and I'm so grateful to everyone involved Thank you so much guys. We're really appreciative that you did that for us.

Every time I come in here to purchase an item that says it’s in stock online, they never have it. it’s very frustrating, especially when you live far away. I recommend to purchase ahead of time and select in store pickup to avoid the nightmare of trying to find something in this place.

Always a good place to find what you are looking for. However, looked online for vinyl floor to wall adhesive trim and it was in stock. Asked a young worker and he said they wouldn't carry it. Only online. Then went 30 minutes back home to see that it's not just online, and I even got the app and found where in the store these were located. Went back a couple days after and found them myself.

So I needed to replace my hot water heater which is always a "need to fix today" situation. The GOOD: Staff on my first visit were super helpful. They explained terms without talking down to me and coached me through everything I would need. 5 stars to plumbing department guy. The Bad: The water heater box had a fist sized hole in it and the staff asked me if it was ok? He reached in box and felt around and said he felt no damage. I took it home. After getting it in the basement. I unboxed it to find a major dent in bottom and a smaller dent on top. Had to lift it out of basement and return it wasting a lot of time and energy (15 steps to the basement). The Good: They exchanged it without hassle and I got back to it. The young man in the return department was super friendly and helpful
