The Home Depot

Long story short, this was the fourth Home Depot I drove to tonight in search of one specific plant. I had seen it earlier at another location, left, and by the time I came back someone had bought it. I was genuinely bummed, but determined, so I stopped at every Home Depot on my way home… and finally found it here. Shantyce was incredibly kind and helpful. I jokingly told her I had named the original plant “Joy” and that I was sad when it was gone like someone had taken my joy. She smiled and reminded me that my joy never actually left me… it’s something I carry within myself. That moment honestly meant more than she probably realized. She then took the time to teach me how to properly care for my new Bird of Paradise and made the whole experience feel warm and personal. Thank you, plant

Although I was not happy with the storm door I purchased, ( manufacturer’s fault), Fernando put my mind at ease. The minute my brother in law and I set foot in the store and explained our issue to Fernando, he immediately offered options and walked us over to both isles without hesitation. These days a simple acknowledgement and greeting is a rarity, especially in retail/customer service. Fernando is proof that there are some who still care and he leads by example. Therefore, it’s only right to recognize that and say thank you!!!

Had the best experience with the two customer service representatives, Diana and Kientrinh. Of course I was in a rush and Diana handled my return while Kientrinh handled my new purchase. No waiting and was in and out within minutes. These two employees are a great representative of this HD!

I just wanted to say Thank You to Dianne in appliances!!! She went Above and Beyond to help us resolve a appliance that we received damaged! She not only went Above, her upstanding & patience and getting the problem resolved..she got us in a better appliance we were much happier with an kept it in our price range. Thank you Dianne!! The manager at this store allows the Trinity Solar reps to wander the store and harass people. Even though this location is the most convenient by far for me, they will not see another dime of my money after my latest encounter.
