I had a problem getting a product I wanted at other Home Depot locations all day and I came to this one where it was in stock. Long story short this location honored the deal I had with another location and made the issue right 100%. Shout to the manager Mike for having top notch customer service. This location is definitely worth traveling to. Thanks!

I cannot express my gratitude enough! Dawn, in the Biddeford location, designed my kitchen remodel perfectly. Beyond her knowledge and expertise, which were stellar, she never tried to push products or go beyond my budget. Dawn always has a genuine, beautiful smile on her face without fail, and truly seems to love her job and her clients. She is laid back, kind, friendly and so very helpful. I highly recommend her, this crew, and this location. Top notch all the way through!

I would like to give a shout out to the awesome home Depot employees that assisted us. We were specifically looking for a tower space heater, the product was on the top shelf and they closed the aisle down and did their thing! We left the store very pleased and grateful! Thanks again guys 👍

I am so disappointed with this place. I live in NC and today as I spoke with my Mom who is almost 80 tells me she went here and purchased a Christmas tree and had to drag it out to the vehicle alone while employees watched. You all should be fired for the way you acted. Customer service in this country has gone into the toilet.

I've had good results with this Home Depot. I just installed a hardwood floor. I'm a DIY homeowner, and I initially went with luxury vinyl. After some difficulties, I opted for engineered hardwood. Buck Rogers assisted me, and for only about $50 extra, I purchased a better product. I also used the rental equipment at this store, which greatly helped in getting the job done right.
