This Home Depot located in Bloomington is very convenient as it's located a few blocks off 494 to the South on American Blvd. I've always liked Home Depot because of their variety of goods and services. Not only do they rent items like tile saws, insulation installation machines, carpet cleaning machines and many others. Of all the big box stores I like the tools section the best here. They have their own brand, Ryobi which I find to be excellent value for what it is. I own drills, saws, leaf blower, edgers, trimmers and several other items. Every single one of them has worked well. I also like the Behr paint for its durability and its cost. My cart was deliberately stopped using a magnet from the anti-theft system. At that moment, I had two propane tanks on the cart. This incident occurred on December 14, 2025, at 2:37 PM, near an additional exit. These actions created a dangerous and potentially explosive situation. The employees involved stood nearby and were smiling, instead of responding appropriately to the hazard. Their behavior caused a serious safety risk to me and to others in the store. I am requesting that my complaint be revised and taken very seriously, as this situation involved hazardous materials and could have resulted in severe consequences.

10/17 around 4pm there was the most fantastic greeter at the door. Friendly, helpful, and his head was on a swivel looking for who may need help. This person was my hero that day! I needed 2x4s and 2x6 boards. I started to create a shelving system for gardening. Thank you Home Depot.

I just walked out of the store on Black Friday 2025, and I can't believe how nice everyone was in this store! Employees just in passing saying "hello", "how are you"? Everyone smiling. Very refreshing. I normally dread going into home improvement stores because it can be overwhelming to find what I need. But this was a very pleasant trip. The lady at the front asked if she could help me and I told her what I needed and she told me exactly where to go, and I found exactly what I needed. This is the friendliest Home Depot store in the Cities.

I purchased a Bosch dishwasher from Home Depot on December 3 for approximately $1,700–$1,800. At the time of purchase, I was told it would be delivered on December 15. Approximately one week before the scheduled delivery, I received an email instructing me to clean out and unplug my existing dishwasher in preparation for delivery. On December 14, I received a text confirming delivery on December 15 between 8:30 AM and 12:30 PM. In order to comply with Home Depot’s instructions, I had to fully remove my existing dishwasher, leaving my home without a working dishwasher. However, the delivery never occurred, and I received no notice, call, text, or email informing me that the appliance would not be delivered. As a result, I was left without a dishwasher due entirely to Home Depot’s failure
