The best people The nicest stuff ever. We got so much help, support, kindness and smiles here. I was surprised how nice and supportive all people we met at this store. Never could think I would have such an amazing experience in Home depot. I wish I would remember the name of young lady who let all her coworkers at the cashier go home and stayed with us after hours to help with the payment. She is my hero! Thank you all so much!!!

I was very impressed with one person in particular, Laura, i paint murals / homes and she helped me so much and got me excited about purchasing all my paint from here. The rest of the staff who we interacted with was very helpful also. 👍

Good selection of plants, the plant section smells musty(I’ll get over it) and hope… plus mice. Yes, actual mice. And not the shy kind. These are fearless, rent-free–living rodents who do not care that you are a human with a cart and a purpose. They will stare you down like you’re the inconvenience. Eye contact was made. Dominance was established. (Not by me.) The plant section itself is honestly great—tons of variety, everything you need to ruin your weekend with a new “low-maintenance” plant. But be warned: you may have to fight a mouse for it. I once reached for a plant and was met with a tiny whiskered challenger who clearly wanted it more than I did. We both paused. Hope the manager sees this. Just went out of my way to buy $500 of material at the Reno Home Depots even though they had it here. I drove to Reno just to give them my business because I just noticed the new sign (attached photo) saying "screw you RVers" referencing Carson City's strict anti RV parking anywhere "laws" (caugh code cough). Check your cameras around 4:24 to see me taking this photo. 18.05.030(1)(b) Needless to say, I won't be back here with so many other options around here.

the cashiers always nice but the aidle helpers dont know about their aisles and for the most part avoid you its really hard to get their attention and when you do they dont know Maybe im finally old but if you were in an aisle it was one you had background in order to help the customer.
