Can I give 0 stars??? Home depot is the worst. They lie. Very disappointing. I ordered a washer, delivery date was texted, delivery time window was texted. No one showed up but they texted, " missed delivery " 90 minutes earlier.... I was at home! Even it was 90 minutes before the scheduled delivery time! I called, and the guy promised me after calling the delivery company that they will be at my place soon. Nothing. I chatted with home depot later, that guy promised me after calling the delivery company, that they will get in touch with me within 45 minutes. Guess what? Nothing. Chatting again and at the end cancellation, because the next available delivery date would be somewhen in the future. What kind of company are they working with? Not reliable at all. Lies all over. We purchased an LG washer and dryer from the Canon City Home Depot on August 19, 2025. They were delivered on August 29, and we installed them the next day. The very first load of laundry revealed the washer was faulty. We immediately went into Home Depot on August 31 to report the issue, as there’s a 48-hour window to report defective products. Since it was a Sunday, the associate documented our complaint and assured us that the washer would be exchanged and that we’d be contacted on Tuesday, September 2. We never received a call. On September 3, we had to call ourselves, only to be told that no one had any record of our issue. A new ticket was made, and we were again promised a call back from a manager. No one called. We followed up multiple times, and each time, the person we spoke to

I purchased the wrong part. Took it back to get the new one. They were unable to credit the card back. We asked them to just put it as store credit because we were still purchasing the part we needed. Don't exactly know why they needed a driver's license, but after that, they put the credit on the store card and directed us back to checkout where the card did not work, nor did it match the name on the driver's license that we reluctantly handed them originally. A very nice gentlemen came up and figured out the problem and allowed us to use the credit. I don't think the problem was a computer system. I think it was the people using it.

The woman in appliances was rude and did not want to help me or my wife with a fridge. We went to the Colorado Springs store and all our questions were answered and we bought a fridge same day. Worth the drive to not deal with this store
