I had an exceptional experience thanks to Debbie at customer service. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me warmly and immediately helped me with my exchange. She was professional, personable, and incredibly knowledgeable about the products I needed. She went out of her way to ensure I left not only with the right items, but with a smile. I even asked about the badges on her apron, and I told her I could absolutely see why she’s earned them! This is what customer service is all about. We need more 👷‍♀️Debbies!!!! 😁

I went in looking to purchase a dishwasher, out of the two employees in the appliance section no one asked if I needed assistance or had any questions. It's was another employee named Sarah that just happened to be walking down the isle that decided to ask. She answered my questions and I walked out of the store with a new dishwasher and a paid installation service. So Sarah gets 5 stars, the appliance department get 3 at best.

I used to love this store. Bought a fixer upper and bought absolutely everything there. Loved the managers. The staff was awesome, knowledgeable and friendly. Things have changed. I don’t recognize anyone there anymore, lots of inexperienced young people and management acts like they don’t even want you there. I absolutely dread having to return something unless Denise is there because she recognizes me as an excellent customer and doesn’t make me feel like I’m trying to rip them off. They need to work on customer service big time.

Came for multiple strands of #12 wire... this Home Depot only had about half of them in stock.. Great help and service. Store was very clean and organized.

I had a disappointing experience with customer service today. An employee with a black earring refused to assist me ( I forgot to get his name) and suggested that I was lying about an overcharged item. This behavior was unprofessional, and additional customer service training would be helpful.
