Treasure and Chris were extremely helpful and got me exactly what I needed. I was looking for samples of tile for my bathroom remodel and couldn’t decide. They were extremely accommodating and helped me find samples, They made sure I was rung up at the register correct And not overcharged. They made my shopping experience quick and seamless!

I was at checkout having an issue with the card machine, and I was frustrated. The lady started to walk over to me. I told her I had it not to worry about it and then I ended up needing her help and she was so sweet to me, even after I was so frustrated and she was so kind and made me smile and just truly a wonderful person. Her name was Treasure Covington Home Depot self checkout today 1/9/26 @9:10am

I would like to commend Richard Parker for his outstanding customer service at the Covington GA store today. He was excellent! He helped me find everything I needed, and this old granny appreciates him so much. He was very patient and kind to me. Please relay my thanks to him. Thank you.

This review is specifically for the 3 ladies in the Tool Rental department; Terri, Tiannah and Shawn. I had the pleasure of working with them this morning/afternoon and they were all very very nice, greeted me with smiles on their faces as I was walking into the department and was very attentive, caring and made sure to help me with whatever I needed. They've made my experience at Home Depot worth the visit today and I hope to experience these 3 ladies every time I need something to rent because they engaged in conversation with me and all the ladies worked together to make sure there was nothing else I needed and in my opinion that is A+ customer service!!!
