I want to give 5 stars because of Dorothy Bellins a design consultant in kitchen and appliances.my wife and I had a great experience upgrading our home with a washer and dryer first and then we had a second visit because of our experience with her and she did a great job on our kitchen appliances upgrade. She is very knowledgeable and very professional and I would recommend her to anyone interested in buying appliances. But I must say that the installation was not a good experience for us because the installation was awful and the installer’s service was terrible they didn’t install a thing we had to have everything reinstalled and they weren’t very cordial or courteous it wasn’t a pleasant experience for me and my wife.

Brian’s customer service goes above and beyond. After asking several other employees for help and not getting very far, I finally asked him — and he went out of his way to search the entire store to find an item that was stored overhead. While not everyone shows the same level of effort, Brian truly goes the extra mile and makes this Home Depot location a place I want to shop at, you can tell he genuinely cares about helping customers. This guy deserves a raise!

Management, I would like to share feedback regarding my recent experience with an employee named Sam in the paint department. I purchase a significant amount of paint from your store, and my name and several of my home’s room colors are already saved in your system. During my visit, I asked Sam to scan three different gallon cans, two were from Home Depot, and the third was from another brand that I needed color-matched. There were no other customers waiting, but he acted as though he was unfamiliar with the process. He scanned the two Home Depot cans without issue, but when I asked him to match the third one and store the color in the system, he seemed hesitant. He asked if I wanted a gallon mixed today; I explained that I did not need it immediately, only that the color be saved. He f

Early Sunday morning "older" staff were excellent! So helpful and pleasant. Got me all I needed and left with wise advice to get the job done.
