After being rejected by quite a number of snow blower repairing companies who didn't want to work with a particular brand, I called this store where I had bought my snow blower to ask for help/guidance with my predicament. First, I MUST say, the customer service I received from Dugan was out of this world! He was absolutely amazing, very considerate, attentive and empathetic. I was blown away by the fact that he didn't reject me on the spot but offered a solution - to bring my snow blower to a store for them to look at it and find a potential resolution, whatever it might be. Dave Hauer turned out to be that solution! It took him a few seconds to fix the issue with a chute deflector that just came off. It wasn't a task too small for him - all he cared about is to help a customer in distres

I am in here weekly and have always appreciated the good customer service and relative ease of finding everything. They always have what I need, as well. Recommend stopping here for any home improvement projects or anything related compared to Menards or Lowe’s.

I just have to say that this was my first time ever remodeling my home, and Calvin in the flooring department is an incredible asset to this store! His attention to detail, knowledge, kindness, superb customer service (and I could go on!) makes me want to work with him again and recommend to others for future home projects! I stopped in this morning to get some more lumber for a project I am working on. Apparently they were doing their morning meeting at the time. Overhearing who I assume is the store manager pressuring the staff to get us (customers) to sign up for the credit card left a bad taste in my mouth. It’s off putting to hear leaders pressuring staff to get us to sign up for more debt. I’m sure the associates do the bare minimum of asking, but wanting them to pressure us to cave into agreeing to more debt isn’t something I am fond of, especially in this economy. Telling staff if they’re not asking then they’re not living the HD values is gross. Are Home Depot’s values really to get more debt out of us? No thank you.

I went here for lumber and had a less than great experience. First off, Home Depot in general could do a better job making it easier to tell where certain bays are located in an isle. If you search online for something and go to the store to pick it out it is fairly straightforward to locate the big signs that denote the isle but then you have to hunt to find the correct bay. Once I located the wood I was looking for I went to get a cart. Unlike every store I have ever been to there appeared to be no location at the front of the store dedicated to carts for customers to take. I looked outside the building doors of the pickup/loading area and there were a lot of flat bed carts but none with the crossbars which is preferable when buying long wood.
