The Home Depot

The shopping was quick-and-easy. We got some rope and carabineers and the checkout was quick. There were many rope and carabineer products. The staff were friendly and nice. The price was fair but the wood cutting machine is very loud. The loud machine just hurt my ears. It was clean and organized and all the wood had a nice smell. In the bathroom one of the yrinals is out of order.

Final update 8/9/2025: All problems have been addressed. Home Depot has fixed everything and the house is back to normal. It was a long road but if it’s fixed. Update: Home Depot has repaired the gaping hole in the wall but so far, that’s it. My mom is having a hell of a time getting ahold of Home Depot to discuss the rest of the repairs. Oh and Home Depot, your link at the bottom doesn’t work! This is for Home Depot hiring the absolute worst subcontractors with terrible workmanship as well as customer service! Look at the pictures of a countertop update provided by home depot! The backsplash was supposed to go all the way up and as you can see they left a gaping hole! You can see the huge gaps between the countertop and the wall! Chips on brand new quartz countertops! My mom specific

If there’s a choice of stars for this review, it would’ve been a negative star. The customer service was terrible and very rude, especially in the paint department. This white lady was very rude and disrespectful when asked for help. When I brought my own items (reusable paint) for her to shake. She accused me of stealing from the store😡😡😡🤬🔥. Quality and customer service is non existent in all department and they always some machine blocking the section or path. I will never shop at this store and take my business elsewhere.

Home Depot has a notorious reputation for not answering the phone and this store lives up to that reputation. No thanks I will try Lowe's or somewhere else where they care about the customers. Wanted to give no stars but was forced to leave at least one. The store manger needs to get these employees restrained or something? I wish upper management would call the store now and then and see what we have to experience.

I usually have good experiences at this Home Depot and the store is generally well stocked. However, on several visits I’ve noticed one employee, I believe named Matt, in the electrical aisle who has an extremely strong body odor and appears to lack basic hygiene. It’s uncomfortable enough that I’ve avoided that aisle at times. I don’t like leaving negative reviews, but this has been a repeated issue and affects the overall shopping experience. I hope management can address it professionally, as the rest of the store and staff do a good job.
