The Home Depot

Very nice and helpful staff. Every time a worker passed by, they asked how I am doing and if I am finding everything. I find myself at a Home Depot probably 2 or 3 times a week and this is one of my favorite Home Depots to shop at.

I had a fantastic experience at the Fayetteville Home Depot today. An associate named Mary went out of her way to help me find what I needed. It’s rare to find that level of genuine expertise. When you’re on the aisle and you want to purchase something that is locked in the gate, all you have to do is scan and click A button and someone came within 60 seconds. I was in and out of the store under five minutes. That’s unheard of. I love when something is improved and works. They probably can’t explain how the product works, but they can definitely unlock the gate, lol. This location typically always has what I’m looking for in stock. I love the app allows me to find the item before walking in the store and I literally walk straight to it every time. There are enough associates to stop and ask and everyone seems friendly. I believe mornings are better for getting service than late evenings for sure. I haven’t rented anything yet, but so far so good at this location. Nice affordable

7/20/2025 The woman at the self-checkout was complaining about customers being in the store within thirty minutes of closing. She started complaining as I and one or two other patrons were checking out. I could still hear her as I made it outside of the building and into the parking lot. The bathroom was FILTHY and wreaked of urine as if no one had cleaned it all day, or possibly even in several days. I have included pictures in case no one believes me. Corporate really needs to come in and reevaluate the staff's ability to run this location. I was only greeted with a smile and a hello by one person. I wish I had seen her name on her name tag. She was a blonde woman at the customer service counter around 19:45 or 19:50. I will not be returning to this store willingly.

Rob (he is new) and Vince were SUPER helpful and patient. They helped me despite all of my questions about trim and baseboards. I hope they are recognized!
