The Home Depot

This morning I visited Home Depot. I enjoy shopping there for my every day necessities specially for housework chores and things that I need. I love to feel I get when I go to their store… it has that nature feeling and I love to be surrounded by flowers and plants and things that are unique its definitely a solution to therapeutic self-care, taking care of things you love the most, such as planting a garden a project a form of self care.Its very important.

Just go to Lowe’s. We went in looking for plants. Found one that we were looking for but unfortunately it has broken stems and it looked to be dying. We asked an employee if they offered discounts, he said no but to just grab any other plant and they’ll let us have that one since they were going to throw it away anyway. He told the lady who would be at the register. Youd think that everything would be okay, right? Wrong. Within 15 minutes elizabeth forgot the entire conversation and had to call over another guy for clarification. He was not filled in and reluctantly said he’d give us 10% off. Funny because the other guy said they weren’t allowed to? Once we declined they both started getting demeaning about how their price is “already better than green acres down the street” it’s not and I

I want to share mixed feedback about my recent experience. I came in the day after Thanksgiving specifically to take advantage of the big sale. I’ve been saving up and planned to spend a significant amount on multiple appliances and power tools. First, I went to hardware and asked if they could match a competitor’s price on a power tool. The young Hispanic associate in hardware with the ponytail was fantastic, he listened, offered a small incentive, and did what he could to align with the competitor. His customer service was excellent. However, my experience in appliances with Ruth was very frustrating. I was purchasing multiple appliances and spending thousands of dollars, and I asked if there was any way to help me a bit with service charges or discounts. Instead of trying to work wit

Absolutely outstanding service. The Home Depot clerk, Frank, (E. Bidwell Store) who helped us with turf measurements for our backyard was hands-down the most helpful and friendliest associate I’ve ever met there. He proactively walked up and asked if we needed help, took the time to explain measurements clearly, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. This is what real customer service looks like. Home Depot should be proud to have him on their team.
