I normally don’t leave negative reviews, but after months of consistently poor experiences at this Home Depot while working on a large four-month renovation project in Paoli, I feel it’s necessary to share my honest experience. I am in this store frequently and spend well over $1,000 on most visits through my Pro account. Unfortunately, about 9 out of 10 trips have been miserable due to the way many employees treat customers — especially contractors who are clearly buying large amounts of material. Far too often, I’m made to feel like I’m doing something wrong or trying to steal, even when I’m simply checking out with my supplies. Home Depot has been one of my favorite stores ever since we bought our house. It’s our go-to place for home improvement projects, tools, and supplies. The store is well-stocked, and if you have a list, you can usually find everything you need in one trip. The staff are generally helpful, and it’s always convenient to shop here. A reliable choice for homeowners.

There's a dude named John in the plumbing aisle. He's great at his job, but please leave John alone. I want him to be available when I show up asking for advice on how to connect 13 fittings that have no relation in purpose or sizing. If you ask for John, I won't have access to my own patient, polite, and friendly personal plumbing consultant.

Needed to buy an apartment size refrigerator for my basement. Fortunately they had one on sale for less than 400.00 and getting it delivered to my home for only 50.00.
