The 2 technicians were friendly, kind, respectful, and very hard working. They cleaned my palladium window 3 times on the outside and twice on the inside side to get it perfect. So appreciative for their efforts. They also replaced the hose in the garage and wiped up the foyer floor before leaving. Amazing service from scheduling to cleaning. Will recommend to others and use window genie again.
