Tribal Loom

I had my rugs cleaned at Tribal Loom via Material Culture. While I can't recommend Material Culture, and there were some initial issues on the 1st cleaning, Tribal Loom provided excellent customer care to get the matter resolved in a professional way. I'm pleased with the cleaning service and recommend Tribal Loom!!

I am a rather new customer by comparison to some of their customers, I’ve only been using them a few years. They are absolutely wonderful people! They have done such a great job on rugs I have taken to them for just cleaning and also for repair. And I’ve learned from them about rugs. They are extraordinarily reasonable in price, and very diligent with their service and craft. They deserve more than five stars but that’s as high as the scale goes!

Clearly experienced rug professionals, while also seeming like a friendly small business. Serious rug-cleaning equipment. We had a large rug cleaned, and it looks beautiful, with wear/stains from daily traffic nearly invisible (they inspected the rug and were also open about not being certain all would be removed, which we appreciated, too). Fair price, nice people, great experience. Won't hesitate to go back to them again.

I have been very happy with their service. I have taken 5-6 rugs there in the last couple of years. Super quick turn around, I always drop off and pick up to save money. Extremely happy with cleaning and repair work. I love old rugs and pick them up when I can, they help me get them fresh and ready for my home. Highly recommend!

I used TL twice. Each time to my total satisfaction The first was for a large rug where the fringe separated from the rug because of rot caused by an aquarium dripping water over the years. They repaired and cleaned the rug to new condition. The second time for a small rug that needed new fringe and some repair work and cleaning. Both times were done quickly and at a very fair price. I highly recommend Tribal Loom.
