I’m here at home depot trying to buy wood and the staff in this section today helped me out very well. I always will come here for anything with hardware or tools. I’m a local and a regular customer. I’ll definitely have this location 1st in mind whenever I feel like building something or need any help with anything. They helped me save money and used the measurements very precisely. He cared about my project more than me and encouraged me to finish what I started. Great customer service and fast no stress at all in this department!

I had to make a plumbing repair, and my knowledge of it is minimal. I got help from Harold and Frank, their plumbing specialists. They took so much time explaining how to make the repair. I made multiple trips, and they continued to walk me through the process. Without the level of help they gave me, I would have had to hire a plumber. Thanks to them, I saved hundreds of dollars.

I received great service from the home depot Gretna location. The staff members were friendly and helpful. This is an update to my review above. On 11/6/2020, I am very pleased with the service that I received at the Gretna location. Their team goes above and beyond for customers. Keep up the good work!

Hate this home depot in gretna, Louisiana very disrespectful take the stuff out your hand at self checkout and scan it, then watch you the whole time while you buy the stuff you was trying to get. You can't just judge people it's not right.
