The Home Depot

I had a really disappointing experience at this Home Depot. I went in looking for help and an employee named Jessica assisted me. Unfortunately, she had a very rude attitude from the start and seemed annoyed that I was asking questions. While I was standing there trying to get help, she started ignoring me and talking to other workers while I was still right in front of her waiting. It felt very disrespectful and unprofessional.I even asked if she could call the manager, but the situation didn’t improve. The manager also showed unprofessional behavior. He tried to charge me a delivery fee even though the delivery was already supposed to be included, and he didn’t want to answer any of my questions about it. Found a great variety of annual and perennial plants—perfect for every season. A lovely spot for garden lovers!

The Home Depot located on Saw Mill River Rd happens to be my most favorable location of them all because of their staff, in particular a woman by the name of Joslene. Joslene is by far the most jovial employee that Home Depot has. She constantly has a smile on her face whenever I’m there, and her professionalism is truly inspiring. I’ve watched her help others with care and attentiveness. She’s also extremely knowledgeable about where products are located and what aisle number too. Home Depot is lucky to have her, and I hope to see her climb the ladder all the way to CEO one day. Thank you Joslene and Home Depot for always making my shopping experiences smooth and easy.

Sunday evening a lot of people here but well managed. The shelves were well stocked and organized. Had everything I needed.

How is it possible that a massive store like this doesn't carry a broken bulb extractor? I was told they only carry it online. I went to an ACE Hardware store about three miles away and bought it.
