2 purchases of major appliance within a year, 2 major issues. Very helpful when making the purchase, but once they have your money, good costumer service ends there. We bought a fridge in April. When they installed it, they waterline was not installed properly and it ended up breaking causing a flood in our house. Since the install period only covers 48 hours after install, they expressed little concern and was told there was nothing they could do about. I understand the 48 hour policy, but the plumber was surprised how they did the connection (picture attached) saying it’s not how it should have been done. Most recently we purchased a new washer and dryer becuase ours went out. We needed one quick and purchased one that said “delivery by Feb 25” which was 3 days after we purchased

I like this Home Depot. The associates are friendly and helpful. Xmas tree purchased from the Warrenton store on 11/29, and still looking good on 12/16.

Not much to say about a home depot that you don't already know. Your typical store with employees that dont know what your asking if you can find one. Hopefully they will not be a disgruntled one.

2 stars because the girl that checked me out was nice and helpful. But why have someone in the gardening center during holiday time that’s doesn’t know how to wrap a tree! I waited from 11:07 til 11:45 for someone to wrap a tree and as I’m telling the nice girl nvm I’ll just take all the pine needles in my car 😒 and shoving it into my car a guy worker I guess the person I BEEN waiting for wants to try to help me put it in my car. I DO NOT NEED YOUR HELP FOR THIS PART. Now pine needles are in my car it will take all year to get them out. And I have to cut my own top and base. My suggestion don’t have someone that’s not trained to do trees in the gardening during holiday time.
