Nice Home Depot that is here in Hays Kansas. Store was nicely organized and easy to find everything. Employees were very helpful and kind. Had a lot of stuff in the tool aisle. Everything in order and nicely organized. I live in Salina with no Home Depot and I would gladly travel to this Home Depot again if I needed any of thing from Home Depot. Instead of going to Manhattan or Hutchinson or Wichita. Recommended highly

Our experience with the Home Depot appliance delivery team has been nothing short of frustrating. Our washing machine was delivered damaged, and the crew refused to install it because we had opened a new package of hoses. I installed it myself, only to find that it vibrated so badly it shook the house. When we contacted the store, we were told the 48-hour return policy didn’t apply because the unit was “accepted,” but they would send an installer to inspect it. That took two weeks, and the technicians were on-site less than five minutes before claiming it was fine. It clearly wasn’t. After multiple calls, the general manager stepped in and arranged for a replacement. On the day of delivery, we were informed we “missed” the delivery — even though it was still 45 minutes before the schedul

I bought a refrigerator and had it delivered. It came severely damaged and had to request a refund. It took many hours to even get some attention on this and to get the damaged one picked up and a new one to replace it. It has been a week and I still have not received a full refund. Both customer service on the phone and in the store is highly unprofessional over the phone. It is a shame that there is not a Lowes location nearby and still have to subject myself to be a customer of this store at some point. I would put 0 stars if they let me

I had ordered something for same day delivery. The order tracking stated it would be here the same day I ordered it. I called in the late evening when it still had not showed up to come to find out that they use a separate delivery service and cannot actually guarantee same day delivery. This was very frustrating as I needed the item I ordered however didn't have a vehicle that it could fit in easily.

Brooklyn at self-checkout is absolutely phenomenal! Her warm smile, incredible efficiency, and genuine kindness made my shopping experience a breeze.
