Have been a frequent customer for years now. I am generally satisfied with in store purchase but now am extremely dissatisfied. Unfortunately I ordered a dryer and washer that was due 12/3/25. It was delayed and rescheduled. I can understand but my issues was that I took the day off waited around all day and when I called they said it was pulled from the truck in the am for the entire order was not there. Had there been any communication about this I could have gone to work. Now we desperately needed the dryer for mine died so I changed up and ordered from Lowes. Lowes was great got a washer and dryer by the end of the week. Being a landlord I had a tenant who we decided to give the old washer too so I called canceled the washer but still needed the dryer. That date would by 12/10/2025. My

Not as busy as other home depot stores so parking and shopping here are a breeze! Went to get a key duplicated but the machine wouldn't recognize the key so it couldn't be copied. Not a problem with the store, so it won't be against them.

I always find what I need. Matt, Milwaukee rep spent a lot of time with me and my son educating on us on all the different tools not just his. One of the best interactions out of box draw that I've ever had.

Extremely frustrated with this store’s poor planning and total disregard for customers. The store opens at 6 AM, yet the employees decide to block entire aisles with drywall and materials at 10 AM, right in the middle of peak customer traffic. I’ve been waiting for over 20 minutes just to get into the aisle I need — and I’m not the only one. Why not move materials at 6 AM when the store is empty? What kind of planning is this? It’s incredibly frustrating when people come in ready to work and waste their time because of such poor management. Home Depot, do better. This is unacceptable.
