★★★★★ Jimel S in the Paint Department at Home Depot is outstanding. His knowledge of paint is extreme—everything from product selection and finishes to color matching and application techniques. He took the time to explain options clearly and made sure I chose the right paint for my project. Professional, patient, and truly an expert at what he does. Home Depot is lucky to have him, and I’ll definitely be asking for Jimel again.

This has been my "Home Store" for the past 6 years and it has gotten better and worse at the same time. They have upgraded the self-checkout section and some the volume of items on the shelves. Unfortunately the service desk in the afternoon to evening isn't the fastest and most efficient. The Pro desk in the mornings is always slow and needs to be upgraded to facilitate the trades people during that time. If you are a home owner or a fix it yourself person,don't go there expecting professional help on how to change a part. It is what it is just people working a job to pay bills, no one is there to help you make a decision on how to fix your faucet just call a professional.

This location is stepping up there game. Customer service is improving. I had an issue with faulty merchandise and customer service rep Farah took good care of me. She, along with Glenn and the manager went above and beyond in making me a very happy customer. I hope they continue this great service for I and all future customers. Thumbs up!

Honestly wish I could give it zero stars. The lumber section is absolutely no help. I stood waiting over half an hour to still receive no assistance. They called 3 times for associate who never showed. When you look at front of store though bunch of workers gathers giggling, looking in back of store more of same thing. And manager/supervisor right along with them or walking past it. Every time I go to this home depot there something. Lack of workers actually working.
