I had an excellent experience working with Richard Quickley. He was extremely helpful, patient, and genuinely kind throughout the entire process. Richard worked very hard to make sure all my questions were answered and that I found the right appliance for my needs. I visit Home Depot quite often, and this is the first time I have met someone like him. I truly experienced his enthusiasm and strong work ethic firsthand. His dedication and willingness to go the extra mile made a lasting impression on me. His professionalism and dedication to customer service truly stood out. He went above and beyond to assist me, and I sincerely appreciate his effort and positive attitude. Home Depot is fortunate to have such a committed and hardworking team member.

I go to home Depot because I can pretty much find what i need there. Nonetheless when I to the checkout counter the little bit of customer serve I should have gotten was terrible. First off I let two other customers go ahead of me to the card only registers. Then I finally get to the young woman Deedee. She immediately starts ringing my order up doesn't say hello, hi, did you find everything your looking for. But she was quick to tell me that she was going to start the process but that she had to take care of something at one of the other registers. Then once I'm in the payment process I asked her if I could get cash back. She instantly pops off with an attitude. Talking bout I should have let her know about it before she started ringing it up and that she couldn't go back because she wasn

I ordered a wall oven from the home depot online and selected haul away and installation. Upon delivery the driver said "we don't do that". I had not set up anyone to install and even if I had, they give a 4 hour window for delivery. I called the Home Depot number on the email and was told that Home Depot does not do installation. This, of course, left a had taste in my mouth. Lo and behold, I go to the store (because there was a part I needed and I could not avoid it) and what do I see but installation services. I was willing to let bygones be bygones, but when I checked the price of the wall oven it was *double* the price. I spoke to the manager and he said there was nothing he could do. I will avoid them like the plague a this is the opposite of good service.

I have only been here 2x and the 2nd time Mr. William in Plumbing went above and beyond to help me. Thank you to the managers who hired him! His patience and professionalism was amazing!
