Would have gotten a 5 star, however when I was in the paint section a red haired employee was very rude to me and when I told him I'd wait for him to finish his task he was currently doing he said yeah okay and then never came. Thankfully a very nice man came over and provided excellent service.

I spoke to a lady over the phone at customer service about purchasing a Generac generator. They had about 20 left in stock at the moment. I asked her if I placed the order online would it guarantee me one so that they did not sell out before I arrived. She said yes, but it wouldn't be available for pickup for 2 hours. I placed the order online and it confirmed online they had them in stock. I headed to the store anyways thinking I might get there before they sold out and I could then cancel my order. I called her again on the way as the website was down to 9 in stock and she said that since I had an order confirmation number that I would definitely get one and it wouldn't be a problem. My husband came into the knightdale home depot and he needed help and the half toothless man and woman they have in there that are supposed to be associates instead of helping they decided they wanted to try to talk shit to him because they didnt think he could understand them because he is Hispanic. I mean all they have to do is look it up that's your job. If you feel that way about people then maybe customer service is not the right job for you. They need to get better people working there. Especially since most of home depots customers are Hispanic.

Great experience every time I visit this location. Needed to get some blinds and we need help finding the right size. Called for help and the expert came over to assist us with picking the blind size we needed. It was off by a few inches, so he had to cut them. He also gave us a 10% discount because they did not have our blind size in stock! How cool is that! We also went to look at some LVP flooring options for the remodel of our home. Lifeproof looks to be a great brand. We plan to try them out this summer. You get 5 ⭐️’s Home Depot Knightdale! Thank you. 😊

The staff was courteous as a few came up and asked if I was looking for anything specific. We were. We were looking for paint. The one thing that I like about this Home Depot (beyond all the wonderful tools) is it has very similar layouts for every store I've been to. So finding the paint section was easy. They have hundreds of colors to from. We found what we were looking for. Check out was quick and easy.
