This place is great. They have great prices and great people. The workers here always provide helpful insight and advice for home projects and materials.

The Home Depot store and team has been very helpful as we worked through a DIY bathroom renovation project. Despite years of US retail store employee cut backs, Home Depot still is a store where employees are plentiful and offer to help when they pass. Many people have helped us who have been wonderful - Eva, Gilberto, Adam, Eric, Tyler, Charlie - if I can remember all their names correctly! And there are others I’m sure I’m forgetting. Eva has helped us with multiple pick up orders and returns. She is always friendly, welcoming, understanding and patient. And she’s very capable at her job! She processes orders and returns very quickly. Most recently, she asked how the project was going and took interest in looking at the progress photos, complimenting our DIY project. I have a great experience every time I shop here. I always come in and see Brent who is always smiling and very knowledgeable and helping everyone at the registers. I used to shop at Lowe's but because of Brent's excellent customer service (he got me to sign up with a Home Depot credit card, which is something I usually avoid) but because of him and everyone's friendly attitude, I travel a little further because I know the people at this store care more about my business. Lowe's customer service doesn't hold a candle to the Lancaster Home Depot. Special shout out to the hardware pros and to Brent. Thank you for always making it a pleasure to shop here. Update: I had a pretty bad experience yesterday after a good one. I did 2 order pick ups and was not impressed with the quality of product I was given in my bulk order the 2nd time. I recommend foam boards wet in between each one with a lot of bowing. I probably won’t use order pickup here again. Knocked off 1 star for this since not having consistent quality order pickup. I’ve had multiple positive experiences at this store over the years like employees saying hello, asking to help load things, easy returns, and even helping to clean my car when an unknown customer spilled paint all over it in their parking lot.

I had such a great experience at Home Depot tonight all thanks to Brent. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and had a great sense of humor. He was so smart, funny, and just went above and beyond to help me. If every visit were like this, shopping would always be a pleasure. He helped me sign up for a credit card and saved me money, something I wouldn't have signed up for on my own. I usually use Amazon but Brent convinced me to use his store. I don’t know if this store knows what a gem they have in him. I cannot stress enough how great he was and how much he helped me. He was so professional and went above and beyond. I don’t write many reviews. but because he was so wonderful, I felt I owed it to him, to give an excellent review. Brent is single-handedly the reason I’m review
