Crossed paths with Samuel today. In the light section. Samuel over exceeded his role in assisting me find the right shade bulb I was searching for. Nice store I prefer this store over the one near my house. And this tree I love this tree. When I buy my next home I want trees like these at the end of my driveway. First I have to find out what kind of trees they are.

I went in to the Home Depot not knowing where to even start after my couch leg caved in after hosting the holidays at my place! Thankfully, I didn’t have to worry as the Home Depot staff, especially Ken, eased my worries by going above and beyond to fix the part that caved in. I was able to walk out with ease and a pleasant experience!

Flooring delivery was from 6am-8pm per Home Depot. I said that's unexpectable time. I called the store and I was told the driver will call me an hour before he shows up. The day of delivery today at 6:30am the driver was knocking on my door and besides he didn't have the flooring. He didn't call he just showed up and didn't have Flooring, he only had timings. Per driver it is Home depot mistake because they omit to add the Flooring. Wow !

Came here to get a piece of plywood and have them cut it for me. The associates that are willing to assist me are not certified to use the cutting machine. The Associates have been trying to get in touch with a manager for 20 mins now. David one of the Managers is no help.
