The Home Depot

My husband and I both commented on how helpful and friendly the sales staff is. When we walked in the door the cashier offered help, several staff members came up to us as we were shopping to ask if we needed help and then assisted in loading a big item on our cart unasked. In the parking lot another team member offered help loading lumber. Great experience! Thank you!

Salespeople very nice and helpful. Home Depot very convenient. They could use a bit more working the store. Unfortunately, their home delivery operations by texting are never on time with date of delivery changes. Dysfunctional computer operator with the 1 800 xxxx number on back of the their home depot charge card

Box stores are pretty much the worst. It's over stoked items with little to no quality and filled with employees who never planned for retirement so now they pretend to be handy but struggle to locate items because they have to search for it on a smart phone. But something special is the kids crafts,my daughter absolutely loves them. I know its a long term plan to have core memories associated with a store but it is still a nice practice.

The store is well stocked however the checkout process is ridiculous. One cashier at the contractor entrance, two employees at closed registers and then one single worker to try to ring up 4 different people in self checkout. It’s enough Home Depot, stop with the self checkout nobody wants it.
