The Home Depot

As a plumber, I’m very satisfied with Home Depot. Sometimes I can’t find certain specific parts, but overall I can get about 80% of what I need for my jobs. The only downside is that there aren’t always enough employees available, so it can be hard to find assistance when you need it. Despite that, I really appreciate having Home Depot nearby. It’s a reliable store for most of my materials, and I’m glad it’s there when I need it.

I’ve had mixed experiences at this Home Depot. Unfortunately, the Asian employee at the returns desk was extremely rude during my visit. I had my receipt, but the barcode wouldn’t scan properly, and he refused to process the return. A manager had to step in to resolve the issue, which shouldn’t have been necessary given that I had all the proper documentation. That said, the rest of the staff—especially in the plumbing and electrical departments—are excellent. They’re friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help, which makes a big difference when working on projects. Overall, great store for materials and support, but the returns desk customer service could definitely improve.

Recently my husband re did the bathroom and I can along to pick colors. Den at this location in paint section was by far the Best help we ever got. He gave the best advice and was filled with most knowledge made my uncertainties, definite certain. Thanks Den!!!

I went to the key kiosk Saturday about five pm. A very nice African American man assisted me. Even though I did not know the car details he was very patient. He worked with me and after making a phone call I had my new key. He is a very good employee who deserves a raise. I just wish I had gotten his name .

Definitely more associates prepared and available to assist customers than any Home Depot I've visited in years! Clean, well-maintained store with above-average customer service! Especially Dave at the pro counter is the most knowledgeable and ready to help associate. This is after multiple visits!
