Windy in the in the appliances and cabinetry area was absolutely delightful. She went out of her way to make sure the customer me got exactly what I was looking for in a timely manner and apologized for the process and how long it took and was so enthusiastic and kind and intentional. I was so impressed.

The store is an absolute mess, the back aisles are where the employees stack merchandise on carts in the middle of the aisle, you can't even walk on some of the aisles. If you need help you might as well leave. I needed help on the wire aisle and resorted to yelling loudly for any employes, I did this several times and of course no employees showed up. If you do happen to run across one in the store they avoid eye contact and immediately disperse so they don't have to help you. If you show up to the store after 5pm the manager is gone and the employees act like you are bothering them and you get the point they want you to go away.

Today I visited the Lynchburg, VA. “Home Depot”. An employee named LEXI assisted me with my purchase. My customer experience was exceptional due to LEXI and her extraordinary customer service! I've bought mini blinds for my patio door twice from Home Depot and both times they've broken when I opened them. I texted with customer service but they told me that they couldn't do anything. I had a contractor purchase and install them both times, but cannot reach him. However, I don't have any receipt or anything. I'm 68 years old and a disabled veteran. This is a great deal of inconvenience for me. I won't purchase anything more from Home Depot. I wish I had never purchased them in the first place. Waste of money!!!
