Scheduled a carpet measure online. Was informed to go into store to pick put product. Associates were confused. Took 10+ min just to get someone to even look on a computer about it. Tried picking out carpet and padding only to be told, not in stock, we don't carry that one any more, that one is discontinued. And then was told to speak with the person measuring to see what carpets are available. Horrible experience and a total only 45min waste of time for everyone. This is also the third time I'm tried Scheduling a home depot measure. First time I was called stating they need to reschedule the appt. 2nd time the tech was injured and they needed to cancel the appt. 3rd time they Scheduled outside my availability only to be told to wait until the next day for the tech to call 1 hour before t

Went to this store today for paint. Angelo at the paint department was extremely helpful and went out of his way to assist my wife and I. He was courteous and very knowledgeable, even helping us out with another project not involving paint. Excellent customer service is always appreciated!

I waited over 45 minutes for the associate to finish helping another couple. I’m not sure what was going on, but it took forever — she even had to switch registers. No big deal though; I was on a rare “mom break” and being patient. When it was finally my turn, I asked to have some shades cut to match the measurements of my current ones (which I brought with me). As we started walking over, she stopped mid-step to help another couple who hadn’t even asked for assistance yet. Naturally, that turned into another five minutes of waiting. Even that couple apologized to me for the delay. When we finally got to the blinds, she found the right ones — great! Poor service at the Middletown location. I went in for some items to fix my washer and ended up seeing a halloween inflatable that my daughter started begging for. I asked for help because I could not find it. I was told the only one there is the one on the floor I asked if I can have it they said yes. The guy just unplugged the one on the floor and put it in my cart. I asked if there was a box he said no someone must have thrown it away. I saw that some strings were coming out of it. Since it was the floor display it had strings coming out and there was no box, I asked if I could get a discount at customer service and I was told by 2 women that they dont give discounts at Home Depot. I looked on the Home Depot website and it says "Yes, you can often get discounts on display items at Home

I have to thank the wonderful Gregory at the Home Depot rental center who helped my husband and me with renting an upholstery cleaner, he was patient and explained everything. Gregory had a great sense of humor and made the whole process go smoothly. The upholstery cleaner was great, my velvet sofa looks like new 🥰
