Today I went in for a quick purchase with some gift cards and I got some assistance from the young lady at self checkout. Her name was Elizabeth and she helped this process be a lot smoother. As an older lady i struggle with the new technology at self checkout and she was kind enough to help me. I will be shopping here again the costumer service was exceptional

Stopped by to buy paint & it felt like I shouldn’t have because the staff was super unwelcoming. I understand maybe it was 40 min before closing but to not even look and say hi and complain about ordering colors of paint was uncalled for.

I typically have not had good experiences with Home Depot …however that changed for me a few days ago. I was searching all over town for the a specific item and was told it was at the store on Holt Avenue by a Home Depot manager at another store. I really LOVE Disney it reminds me of the magical Make A Wish my son experienced..This Home Depot was supposed to have a Minnie Mouse Nutcracker. The other manager from the other store told me it was only two at the store and they could not be placed on hold. I was at a medical appointment for my son so I sent my sister. When she got the store the nutcracker could not be located. The sku number was wrong. A few people tried to find it but had no luck. Then, my Christmas magic moment happened.
