The Home Depot

Customer service? What customer service? Didn't see too much of it while we were here! We are here to look for accessories and parts to put a project together. Where was the help? There was just one staff overwhelmed by line of customers waiting to pick up orders and/or return goods or asking questions. They are apparently understaffed. Not a positive shopping experience today!

Would give zero stars if I could. My experience here with The store manager Kathie was awful. I came in at 7:20 (they close at 9) to rent a truck and my mother and I were met with the snarky attitude. She didn’t even finish walking up to us before she told us it was way too late and this is why you come earlier. I explained to her that I called earlier and nobody communicated with me about the closing time when I asked it was the same as store hours. Like most people I’m very protective of my mother and didn’t appreciate the attitude she had and wanted to leave. But my mom was adamant about getting it done. Kathie kept mentioning the verification process would take 30 plus minutes I was able to get that done in no time. The majority of our time was spent waiting on her to figure out what w

Always a great time at Home Depot . My fav shops . Has all home tools and essentials . Service could be better in this location .. not many guys around to help . Good location . Right on rt 1 .. lots of parking available . I always buy my tools from Home Depot . Lots and lots of options . Also like their plant section . Garden center is good .. lighting is another good place .. their collections are good . Overall a good experience . 4 stars . ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️

Unfortunately I was sold an overpriced and inferior product at this location. And unfortunately, they have a new policy on gas power items they would not accept my return nor would they offer store credit. And I was spoken to in a passive aggressive tone when I try to speak to management. I will be canceling my Home Depot cards today and will shop at Lowe.

The staff here were extremely chill and helpful. We had an issue and they were able to help sort it out. I want to especially shout out the ladies at the register at night as well as the lady manager that helped us out at night. The staff here truly care and are eager to help! Kudos!
