The Home Depot

All of the employees from this store (Monroe) are amazing! They look after the well being of their customers. Today it was poring, before the storm started, the garden area workers were helping me with what I needed and making sure I was out of the area before the storm started. When I was ready to leave, it was still raining a bit, the lady at the front lend me an umbrella, one of the boys helped me get my things loaded in my car. I really wish management is taking as good care as the employees care for the customers.

My daughter enjoys the craft workshop every first Saturday of the month. The kits are usually simple to follow and love to paint her projects at the end. She always makes a new friend and the employees are friendly.

I had the best plant season ever. My plants from Home Depot grew to levels I’ve never seen.

Had a delivery made that was mistakenly left on lawn instead of driveway. I contacted store and spoke with Shawna/Shannon (or close to either) who promised to email the appropriate dept. I received a call from Tony Toby (client relations) and within an hour he showed up alone, ready to move the items. We expressed our concerns due to the amount of stuff but Tony reassured us he could manage on his own. In addition he was very apologetic, even though we thought not necessary. He certainly moved everything and in record time. Tony was pleasant and a pleasure to deal with. Thanks again Shawna/Shannon (?) and Tony. It is employees such as you why we continue supporting Home Depot.

I was helped by Dennis today and he was so phenomenal. He helped me with my pantry project and made sure I had just the right wood cuts, all the products I needed to treat the wood, all the products to make sure that this would be a sturdy installation, he toured me around the store to help me collect my items, he was very gracious, he shared super tips to help me be successful. I am so thankful for his help today. My husband and I came in bare minimum, hoping for some wood cuts and left, feeling much more empowered to tackle our project.
