The Home Depot

Terrible experience at Home Depot. I asked a sales associate, a lady, for help finding a specific product, and she was completely unhelpful and rude. I was shocked by her attitude and lack of customer service skills. I'm still wondering why she's still employed there. The store was clean and well-organized, but the poor service ruined my visit. I'm taking my business elsewhere until Home Depot addresses their staffing issues and provides the level of service customers deserve. 1 star, and that's being generous. Hopefully they'll take action.....

I went in at 6pm to place a substantial order. Nazif (the supervisor) and Alajandra treated me with individual attention while they took my extensive order for an estimate and bid. They could not have been more attentive searching for replacement items for those not in stock. In a day where we always seem to leave dissatisfied when leaving a big box store, I left feeling very satisfied. Kudos and Thank You to Nazif and Alajandra. Your professionalism and attentiveness is a credit to the Home Depot Brand. I look forward to continuing doing business for my ongoing major renovation.

I just like shout out to Matt in customer service. After two calls for a door I refused they were going to deliver me a new one same day. They never followed through. Called again this time I got Matt who was very professional and knowledgeable explained to me what was going on no BS. He was able to correct the status of delivered and arranged to have the door delivered next day.

During your time at Home Depot, you observed management or security failing to prevent individuals from entering the premises with illegal substances. If you are reporting this or including it in a statement, focus on specific instances or the lack of enforcement protocols you witnessed.

The worst Home Depot ever. I asked for help finding a light bulb for the kitchen. It wasn't easy to find. It took them more than 40 minutes to even acknowledge it was there, without even giving me any solutions. I asked customer service, and no one helped me by calling someone who knew something about electricity.
