Came in here on a Sunday evening a couple weeks ago. We were looking at refrigerators. Employee in appliances was at side of counter not even in front of counter for 25 min with a husband and wife who had his ear. They were talking about nothing , they didn't purchase or order anything there at counter. Now this is where multitasking or acknowledgement should come in. It's common sense to acknowledge us. Could of said I'll be with you in a min that would atleast let the people know if they're holding this guy up or if they aren't to wrap it up. No..so we left after not even being acknowledged after 25 min. Ended up driving down the road and across the street to Lowe's. My husband and I had Hime depot lay $14,000.00 in new solid wood floors. I do not recommend using them because the installer did not level the floor even though Home depot sent the material to level the floor. The installer did a horrible job around my staircase and did not communicate with my door installer even though the man was there installing the door at the same time he was installing the floor which the floor installer ended up leaving a hige gap in the floor and left the saddle for us to install which we agreed to but then when we called back to explain that the saddle wasn’t wide enough the installer wanted to charge ua just to come and look at the job they messed up on. I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Home Depot’s delivery service. I purchased a washer and dryer for my business with the expectation that they would arrive on the scheduled delivery date. Not only did Home Depot fail to deliver the appliances on time, but they also lost one of the units entirely. This delay and lack of accountability caused significant disruption to my business operations and left me without the essential equipment I was counting on. Communication throughout the process was poor, and I received no proactive updates or solutions—only frustration and wasted time on my end trying to get answers.
